I need a diagram flow chart to visualize how the funds will move. I sort of have an idea but I need a Flow chart…

From card or bank transfer to Gateway to Acquiring bank via Visa or MC to the Issuing bank (for approval and eventually authorisation and settlement) to the eWallet. Than from the eWallet to a website for the purchase to the Schemes and finally to the eWallet — deducted.

What if the clients want the balance back? How would the flow be and who are the parties involved?

Just to clarify, not all exchanges have EWallets and not all EWallets do exchange. – Stephen Gornick Oct 31 '12 at 17:46
And then of Bitcoin exchanges, almost none accept Visa or Mastercard. – Stephen Gornick Oct 31 '12 at 17:49
What are "the Schemes"? – Highly Irregular Nov 7 '12 at 1:08

This doesn't address the chargeback issue at all though. That is a whole 'nother flow chart. – Stephen Gornick Oct 31 '12 at 18:10
You're addressing traditional payment networks… The question is unclear, but this would certainly be of topic. (Moreover do you have rights to copy this image here?) – Stéphane Gimenez Dec 16 '12 at 12:36
