After writing a pretty long text initially,Storage costs are now ridiculously smaller than they were when the limit was introduced more than 10 years ago. I decided to delete everything and very simply ask:am concerned keeping this arbitrary limit set by Satoshi could be holding us back.
Why do we still have a 1mb1MiB block limit?
1tb drives now cost $30
Is it possible that Satoshi made a mistake and now we're dealing with inability to update the network with a basic hotfix? And now that inability has been romanticized into a religion.
What are your thoughts?
