Does the block size effect a miner's hashing speed? (i.e does a very large block decrease hashing speed?) If so, what are the details of that relationship?

Does the block size effect a miner's hashing speed? (i.e does a very large block decrease hashing speed?) If so, what are the details of that relationship?
