Mar 29, 2018 at 7:10 comment added SleepNot Thanks. But still theoretically, the blockchain can still be inaccessible. Was this the case at for example the start of bitcoin? Where say there were only 5-10 adaptors of the cryptocurrency. What if at that time, they all went offline? Would that mean that a new person trying to join will not see any network unless one of those 5-10 people come back?
