I am going to buy iPhone 13 Max with 1TB of storage and I would like to have the whole blockchain there, so some 400 GB. Something like Bitcoin Core but for iPhone.
Is there something like that?

There may be a full node implementation for iOS, but I think battery life will be your bottleneck resource. Not hard drive space (also, note that data pruning options are available).– chytrikApr 4 at 22:29
