If quantum computers will be able to crack private keys via public addresses with BTC,it's defence is double hashed addresses but not eth for example... would that mean that any other chains with public addresses would also be at risk... or are other blockchain different because of the differences in the code/consensus algorithm/digital signature.

Also does the transaction speed play a part in quantum resistance in a coin or is it solely relient on that coins' signature algorithm
