After updated the BitPay APP, I logged back in, and my bitcoin has a zero balance. I have the 12 recovery phrases. But when entering these words, a message pop up "Something went wrong, Invalid backup" Strange, I've written down in order even backup! So, now I have lost my Bitcoin fund. What's weird with the two wallet IDs I've created. One of them was able to recover with 12 key words but the others cannot. I have reached out to BitPay support/help, but no answer from them. Why is it my 12 recovery phrases is not working??

Please contact BitPay for help with recovering BitPay wallets. This is a public website where Bitcoin users, developers, and enthusiasts exchange information. BitPay is a private company and we have no insight into their processes.– Murch ♦yesterday
