I have wallet on blockchain.info, with two addresses. I want to send some bitcoins from only one of them using quick send. I don't see where I can select source (input) address. Where I can see my default (master?) address? How can i change it?

The Blockchain.info's My Wallet "Quick Send" feature just selects one of your addresses that has a sufficient balance to fulfil your payment. If none has, it will combine multiple to fulfil the payment amount.

How Blockchain.info choses the address is not specified. My best guess is that it will try the oldest output first. Keep in mind that it is not possible to always send from the same address since you will most probably receive your bitcoins on multiple addresses.

If you want to specify from what address to send, you can use the "Custom" option. It will let you configure your transaction from input addresses to change addresses. It also supports multiple output addresses.

  • I used custom send. It is works exactly what I needed. Thank you. Commented Dec 14, 2013 at 8:09
  • @StevenRoose I am aware that a wallet can contain N number of Addresses and I would like to send bitcoin from one of the specific address only. so how to choose custom wallet address? when I create a send requestin the field from, all I see is My Bitcoin Wallet. I don't see how can I select a custom address. like @user1958441 did. I am aware of all of my addresses from blockchain.info . All I need is an option which allows me to pick one of the addresses. How To? Commented Dec 11, 2017 at 18:25
  • @MurlidharFichadia I haven't used blockchain.info's wallet in several years. They don't have a good reputation anymore, both for safety as politically. I would advice you to seek a new wallet provider. Commented Jan 10, 2018 at 11:42
