At the JSON link you provided:

So you'd provide a URL to the image. It can't be more than 100 bytes, as you can see.

An easy way to see the correct format is to simply check out some valid asset's JSON file. For example I looked at the recently issued tokens and this one was one of tokens with the "image" value in the JSON file. (You could also check which sizes are suitable for you, don't use a very large size).

You can see other tokens and combine other values to create a complete JSON file with all values set.
