Bitdigger extension is just launched for Google Chrome. Well, for me it seems to be a fraud as when we use use it, it internally calls coinhive.com which is a Java based Monero miner - not a "Bitcoin" miner. Then, how could they provide us Bitcoins for Monero. Monero is much cheaper than Bitcoin! Further, their putting up of condition that you will be paid only after gaining 0.0001BTC also increases the suspect.
Then, for the users of Coinhive, it is not profitable to do mining on your own computer, they provide very less pay per hash rate (your electricity and internet bill will be much more than you would earn!). If you have a bigger base and community then you can freely embed it to your website, otherwise it is not suggested. Moreover, this increases the chance of losing subscribers, as you try to use their CPU power for your own profit. I personally think AdSense is a better option to earn money than AuthedMine (Coinhive's official miner that says the opposite!).
TIP: Do not use these miners and all. They all are detected as viruses and blocked!
JOKE: AuthedMine says that it is not blocked by any ad-blocker. Just visit the site with your ad-blocker enabled - you will see the truth!!!
