I have my BCH Node. I made multiple accounts & they have balances in them. I made accounting myself. But today, I generated an address, sent BCH to that address & saw that there were NO BCH, no transaction list, no unspent available in the wallet.

My question is how can I recover my funds that have been transferred to new address (created through getnewaddress). I have already tried to rescan. But didn't give results. Is this the issue of BCH hard fork? Also, all the balances of accounts turned to zero.

  • 1) Does a BCH blockchain explorer such as explorer.bitcoin.com/bch show the transaction for the new address? 2) What happens if you turn off the device(s) running your "BCH node"/wallet, install a new wallet application on a clean device and then import your private key (or use a recovery phrase) to recreate the wallet? – RedGrittyBrick May 17 '18 at 14:53
  • @RedGrittyBrick , this is fixed somehow, I upgraded it to bitcoin-abc then txindex =1 , and it brings back all the transactions of every user , except 1 , which is now I am checking. – Raja Hassan May 18 '18 at 7:52
