Whenever I deployed my Ethereum test net, I usually typed 'genesis.json' from the example code.

In this point, all I want to know is the difference between difficulty and mix hash.

I know that difficulty is a value corresponding to the difficulty level applied during the nonce discovering of this block.

but, I think that If mix hash is low value, calculation finding a target value is more difficult.

So, I conclude myself.

difficulty is personally. (each miner's difficulty) mix hash is network difficulty. (not personally)

it is right?
