Ethereum ; Nem ; Ripple ; Eos ; Omni ; Stellar ; Iota ; While many of them bring features Bitcoin will never supports. None of them support send‑to‑many inside a single transaction, at least not without using multisig or a smart contract.

Are there cryptocurrencies or tokens not based on Bitcoin source code which supports sending to several address in a single transaction which are present in the top 100 of coinmarketcap ?

Yes, every Bitcoin fork and others: Litecoin, Zcash, Dash, Decred, Dogecoin, Zcoin, Monero (~?), etc.

You are looking for UTXO-based blockchains. The ones which you describe are account-based blockchains. I found this article that might help you under the limitations behind each design source: here.

All of those except Monero are based on source code originally written for Bitcoin. – Pieter Wuille Jul 12 at 8:18
  • And Monero is fully based on Bitcoin Algorithms for processing transactions outside mining and privacy level. – user2284570 Jul 13 at 4:14
